All parcels are sent recorded/tracked delivery and if you fail to sign for or collect your parcel and it is returned to us you will be charged the actual shipping costs to repost the item or the item will be refunded excluding actual the postage costs. Copy of receipt of actual cost for parcel to be shipped will be provided on request.
It is important that a signatory is available to sign for the consignment at the advised delivery address only. Courier companies may make additional charges for second attempt deliveries or may require the addressee to collect from their local depot. Shilvodan Supplements is not liable for any additional courier fees incurred due to failed delivery.

Refund / Returns Policy
DAMAGED GOODS

Unfortunately from time to time goods may arrive in a damaged condition. If any items arrive to you damaged, please contact us immediately on arrival so we may arrange for a replacement to be dispatched and collection of the damaged item (at no cost to you) or offer a full refund if preferred.


NOTE: Items are delivered by Parcelforce. Parcelforce's claims policy requires that the customer completes their claims form. In the event of a return, if the claims form is not completed, no refund or replacement will be issued. A replacement or refund will only be issued on confirmation of the claims form being completed.
